Tura Inc., the inventor of fashion eyewear in 1938, will debut a luxury sub-collection for its high-tech TITANflex brand. Dubbed “Select”, the new men’s ophthalmic styles will further focus on the synergy of the brand’s innovative memory metal technology with modern European design.
Tura Inc.’s TITANflex brand is synonymous with superior memory metal technology and high quality materials, at an affordable price point. The “Select” sub-collection is manufactured in the factory that originated memory metal technology, known as the best factory in the world for memory metal product. All frames are super flexible at the bridge and temple, ultra lightweight and comfortable, and less breakable than traditional frames. In contrast to the traditional memory bridge with “chucking pipe” solder joints, these frames use a flat metal bridge.
The brand has made the workload of the optician much easier through its innovative attributes, which provide adjustability more than other men’s fashion designs as well as an easy temple shorting system, which also adds a great benefit to the wearer for a perfect fit frame. Additionally, all frames are progressivefriendly.
The latest designs use premium aluminum and titanium on the temples to reduce weight and feature a soldered flat metal bridge on wire frame fronts, or soldered flat metal bridge on a flat metal frame front construction. Benefits of this updated construction include more contemporary styling, increased stability and more robust engineering than the competition with high flexibility and stress resistance.
“In addition to the performance features, these new designs have a strong masculine styling that inspires confidence and creates visual interest,” says TITANflex Brand Manager Jelena Halliburton. “However, the expressive colors and shapes are very wearable and will complement the TITANflex man’s wardrobe and skin tone.”
