Sporty and functional, with zero compromises – adidas eyewear is launching three new optical models for all sports enthusiasts that value sport-inspired performance and style. The new invoke is available as a fullrim model with SPX® or a metal rim model with SPX® temples. All models are available in a variety of colors and are equipped with key technical features to meet the needs of any quality- conscious sports enthusiast, before and after training sessions or competitions.
The invoke SPX® fullrim models have a decidedly sporty look and natural feel. The temples and frames are made from high-quality, very light and shatterproof SPX®, and flexible and light Performance SteelTM. The temples can be adjusted by opticians to a custom length, for a perfect fit. The new structured Traction GripTM material on the temples guarantees an optimal hold without sliding. In addition, the new soft nose pads provide a secure and comfortable feel. Perforations minimize contact with the skin and help to prevent excess perspiration. The innovative 360° Memory HingeTM ensures that the temples always return to their original position and sit correctly without pressure.
The metal rim version with SPX® temples, is equipped with the same features, but distinguished by a sporty-elegant design that is balanced with a blend of performance materials. The Italian professional cyclist, from the Team Movistar, Giovanni Visconti relies on high-quality products from adidas eyewear. Following his successful experience over the last few years with adidas eyewear models in races and training, he is now also wearing the invoke: “As a wearer of corrective eyewear, I’ve been riding with adidas eyewear cycling models and optical lenses for years. I have now discovered the invoke, which allows me to portray my sporty lifestyle away from the racing track…”
The three new invoke models are each available in two sizes and various colors in specialty eyewear stores. Like all the other models in the adidas eyewear collection, the invoke models are designed and manufactured by the renowned eyewear producer Silhouette International in Austria.
