  1. Thanks for the great eye care tips! I honestly didn’t know that drinking water was helpful for the eyes. It seems that every part of your body uses water in some way. I want healthy eyes, so I will make sure to drink plenty of water.

  2. These are some great tips for eye health. A lot of people don’t think much about their eyes, but I ahve always wanted to take care of them. I was unaware that eating greens could help with eye health, thanks for the info!
