The Prevent Blindness America Third Annual Swing Fore Sight Golf Tournament is quickly approaching.  The event will be held on Oct. 6, 2010 at the Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nev., during Vision Expo West.  The goal of the event is to raise much-needed funds to support Prevent Blindness America, the nation’s oldest volunteer eye health and safety organization.

In addition to the opportunity to play golf alongside top vision industry and business leaders, for the second year in a row, Transitions Optical, Inc. has secured PGA swing and golf instructor, Matt Killen as well as Gary Koch, former PGA TOUR® Professional and NBC Sportscaster, to assess each golfer’s swing and provide pointers free-of-charge.

Individual golfers may sign up for $625 or foursomes for $2,500. The tournament is a four-person scramble with awards being given for the low gross team, longest drive, closest to the pin, hole-in-one and more.
