Bausch + Lomb earned $10 Million in Turkey in 2009

Bausch & Lomb, a leading global supplier of eye health products, has decided to conduct all its operations in Turkey by itself, considering the growth potential in the country.

In Turkey, 35 percent of the total population has a visual impairment but contact lens usage is just five in a thousand, according to Giuliano Nannini, a manager at Bausch & Lomb responsible for the Balkans, Greece and Turkey. “The Turkish market is untouched in this field,” he said. “We see a great potential in Turkey.”
