		<description>Gentlemen :

In past 3 years we have been working to perfect new materials and and equipments to facilitate
the manufacturing of Polarized and Photochromic Polarized films.

So far we have completed the machine and Polarized or Polarized Photochromic plastic sheets
and now wish to introduce them to you as follows :-

First, the machine, we have named it PUSH-THRU, formats Polarized films of Gray and Brown into
2,4,6 and 8B with thicknesses of 0.2 to 0.8mm within 30 to 120 Sec. per piece. The polarized or
Photochromic Polarized films are TAC/PVA/ TAC or PC/PVA/PC etc. are made by inserting
PVA(Polarized film) into 2 to 6 layers.

A great advantage superior over the conventionals : 1 ) polar films are always protected with
the outer materials and well protected and persevered. 2) The material had been through
an ideal laminating process, and PUSH-THRU further enhances the adhesion, after all it&#039;s the
toughest polarized material. 3) Much easier in handling than conventional polarized films, you will
see it by handling, take for inst., 0.2mm films either for injection molding and or casting.

The PUSH-THRU DY-002, automatic, is attached cuts films to round or any other shapes in only 50 Sec. It will cost you between Jap. Yen 2.8 Million to Yen 3.2 landed at your sea or airport. You may start with the manual DY-001, which is much lower price but,not cutting the edge.
Actual samples of film curved and cut will be sent on your request.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon concretely. With best regards,
