I found out over 50+ years ago that I had Keratoconus and have had lots and lots of lens, lots of doctors in various states where I have lived, etc. and finally go some relief at the Dean McGee Eye Institute here in Oklahoma City, OK. I was treated by Jean Anne Vickery, their cornea specialist. I am now wearing two contacts in each eye --- the basement lens is the soft lens with no powere and then the gas permeable lens w/ power sits on top of the soft lens. This keep the harder lens from scratching my already damaged cornea. This SynergEyes lens sounds like it would be a perfect fit form me. I will be asking Ms. Vickery at Dean McGee if this is something they are using yet. If this isn't available here in Oklahoma at the world-renown Dean McGee Eye Institute, is there any chance I could be one of your "test" patients?
