Claudia Alan, Canadian based, eyewear designer has crafted a collection of native eyewear that features First Nations artwork on the temples. Not only is the eyewear unique, Claudia Alan gives back $2 to the ONEXONE First Nations Nutritious Breakfast Program, a program that provides breakfast for more than 1,500 First Nations students every school day. She also offers accessories that $1 is given to the breakfast program as well.
The first collection was designed by Corrine Hunt, a renowned First Nations artist . Corrine, co-designer of the 2010 Olympic medals, has been creating contemporary art that reflects the themes and traditions of her First Nations Kwakiutl and Tlingit heritage for more than 25 years.
