We asked Denise about Eyewear Necklaces and business travel. Her response:
‘I’m sure that many of you are businesswomen. And, many of you go on business trips… some occasionally… some frequently.
And, let’s face it, business trips are stressful.
In addition to the usual stress of packing laptops and business materials needed for the trip, businesswomen have the added paraphernalia of which clothes they will need (Men have it so much easier – a suit or blazer and slacks.) as well as cosmetics and jewelry.
And if you need glasses… there are readers and sunglasses to add to the mix as well.
In one former life, as a travel photographer, I was forever leaving glasses in hotels, restaurants and planes as well as frequently dropping and breaking them. When I became a jewelry designer, I had to travel to promote my business and do trunk shows. Guess what? I was still leaving glasses in hotels, restaurants and planes as well as frequently dropping and breaking them. And now, I also had my personal jewelry to worry about.
That was one strong impetus to my designing eyewear jewelry that could do double duty as regular jewelry. During the day, I could wear my readers or sunglasses on my chic NECGLASSES™, and in the evening, I could also wear them as a fashionable necklace.

After all, it’s better than buying at an Airport shop while killing time waiting for the next delayed flight! ‘
